Quotations are supplied on enquiry and are valid for up to six months.

On acceptance of quotations, we will contact you to confirm a start date.

Full balance is payable on completion.

Due to the nature of our business, confirmed dates for work may change. In the unlikely event of this happening, we will give you as much notice as possible.

T.Attwell Drives reserve the right to revise our quotations at any point during the course of works if specifications change from our original quotations.

Hairline fractures may occur in very infrequent cases. This does not affect the overall performance of the surface and cannot be regarded as a defect. Any severe cracking forming within the surface will be inspected upon complaint.

The nature of the materials and processes used make it unavoidable that apparent variation in texture and colour of the surface material may occur. Whilst every possible care will be exercised, the company cannot guarantee colour and texture matching closer to tolerances than those inherent in the materials and processes used.



Complaints

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.


To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.


As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.


In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.


Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
